Christopher’s has been a Des Moines tradition for over 50 years. February 1, 1963 Joe and Red Giudicessi became the owners of a quaint restaurant in the Beaverdale area of Des Moines. Under their steady watch Christopher’s has become one of Des Moines’ favorite locations.

Christopher’s, known for its excellent Italian-American cuisine, friendly staff and an atmosphere fitting of any occasion is a can’t miss choice for your next evening out.

Today Christopher’s is the pride of Joe and Red’s daughter, Rene’ and son Ron. Their attention to details assure guests that the Giudicessi family will make every dining experience special. And Joe’s tradition of welcoming every guest continues today as one of the trademarks of the restaurant.

If you are looking for the perfect place for that special evening out, entertaining friends or family, or hosting a staff party, Christopher’s excellent food, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make it an ideal choice. From a table for two to a banquet room for 110 no event is too small or big.

Christopher’s Banquet ROOM is the perfect place for parties, receptions or business meetings. The room can be configureD to seat from 2 to 110 GUESTS. A separate entrance makes it easy for your Guests to enter the Banquet Room. Convenient parking is just north of the BUILDING.
